How long will it take before I receive my order?
Orders are normally shipped the same day or 2-3 business days. Orders usually take between 5-10 business days. If you have not received your order within a week of placing it and have not heard from us, please contact us toll free at 1-877-207-3147 or via email at DMB@DocsJMR.com
What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail order confirmation which will include your order number. We encourage you to save or print your e-mail order confirmation for your records. Another order confirmation e-mail will be sent once the item is shipped from our warehouse.
